"A colleague suggested engaging PNO to prepare a proposal under the 7th Framework programme. Unfortunately, the proposal was not successful in the call "SME Association" and we narrowly missed the threshold. A short time later we were informed by PNO about an interesting new call, in which our project very well fitted. It was the MANUNET Transnational Call from the Eranet Initiative of the EC, which we probably never would have identified without PNO. During the application phase there was a close and intensive cooperation between PNO and all partners. PNO was in charge of preparing proposals in English and German language, requesting all important details from the German-Spanish consortium and the NCPs of the European Commission and finally submitting the application.
