Established in 1984, we’re Europe’s leading dedicated independent grants consultancy. With 400 consultants in 40 offices in 12 European member states – supported by network partners in the other EU countries – we cover the whole of Europe.

Thanks to our expertise and long experience of securing funding, we have an excellent track record of helping companies benefit from grant schemes.

Thanks to the acquisition of the EU Grants & Inventives Division of Ernst & Young in the Netherlands and the integration of the Italian grants consultancy CiaoTech in 2008, PNO is able to grow rapidly. This expansion was accelerated by the acquisition of the Romanian Regioconsult and the Deloitte's Grants & Incentives Division in the Netherlands and in Belgium.
