Care & cure
How can you finance new initiatives in health care?
Your sector has been struggling for many years now. The demand for health care is growing, while the shortage of staff is increasing.
Older people re-entering the labour market have experience, but they lack the right qualifications. How can you get enough qualified staff? Where can you find funding for projects to relieve the pressure on the health care system? Or to further improve the care provided? For example, for scientific studies of disease profiles or for projects designed to keep home care staff who have been made redundant by the Social Support Act (WMO) working in the sector. Or for the accreditation of prior learning for those re-entering the labour market or changing sectors. Not to mention research, development and the application of new technologies. There are plenty of possibilities, but how can they be financed?
Subsidy management
At PNO we help you to use subsidies to fund such projects. Our sectoral experts in care & cure know how you can make best use of the available subsidy schemes, such as the Transition Programme of long-term care, the Social Sector & ICT scheme, and the health care insurers’ Innovation Fund. We regularly manage the entire subsidy processes. Starting with your activities and your ambitions, we make an inventory of the subsidies that are available and match them with your programmes. If necessary, we seek suitable partners. We discuss issues arising with the subsidy provider and we ensure strong subsidy applications plus clear reporting once subsidies have been awarded, so that you actually get all of the funds that are due. Let us help you to achieve your ambitions, while you concentrate on contributing to the development of the health care sector.
