Grants for sectoral funds and training & development funds

How can employees in an industry be best trained? How do you respond effectively to changes in society and their effects on employment? How can the 'Life Long Learning' principle be translated into concrete projects in your industry? What projects can be developed to lower the incidence of dropouts or of employment disability?

At PNO we know the dynamics of sectoral funds and training and development funds better than anyone, and we guide and advise organisations throughout the grant process.

Sectoral subsidy projects

For over 15 years we’ve been developing projects for sectoral funds in which the focus is on finding answers to these questions. We know the processes involved in collaboration between equal partners as well as all of the political sensitivities that they can involve.

Sometimes we simply apply for project finance for existing projects. But usually sectoral funds ask us to develop projects and to apply for grants on their behalf – for example from the European Social Fund for Progress – and then to assist in the effective use of the training and development funding. For several sectoral funds we provide staff for the project office or take responsibility for the complete project administration.
