Innovative cooperation in a public-private partnership

Suppose you want to develop a more energy-efficient production process or improve employability in your sector. You will need money. Such projects may be eligible for a subsidy from the European Fund for Regional Development or the ‘High Points in the Delta’ (Pieken in de Delta) scheme.

But you will need to cooperate with a large number of other organisations, forming a public-private partnership (PPP) with small or large companies, governmental organisations, research institutes and/or educational institutions. Then you can approach the subsidy provider a consortium. But establishing such a project can be difficult because of complex legislation and regulations. This is a very intensive process, which can easily take six months to a year.

Expertise is crucial

Do you know which partners you need to achieve your goal and how to bring them together? Do you know how to make watertight agreements in a private-public partnership (PPP)? And how do you shape your project within a PPP in such a way that you actually get the subsidy? At PNO we can support you throughout the process.
