Initiate: insight and overview of your grant opportunities
By means of relating your ambitions, your goals and purposes for investments and projects to our expertise and vast experience in all existing grant programmes, we are able to identify any grant opportunity at an early stage. Through solid contacts with EU government decision makers, we are the first to hear about promising funds available. We commit ourselves to following your projects which have very high eligibility, even if you did not consider them fundable. Thanks to our broad network in a large number of countries of the European Union, we can create the necessary links to the awarding bodies in order to build an eligible project.

Applications: successful grant application
In the early stage of the application, we prepare the necessary documents to a high level of quality, in order to file it with the relevant grantor body. We understand the legal issues and are aware of the challenges companies in your sector, in your kind or your region face every day. This enables us to write a high quality application, able to outperform with the applications of your competitors. We can support your administrative, financial and legal departments in answering likely questions, contract negotiations and appeal procedures. We also offer to review the application when necessary.

Compliance: receiving payments of committed grants
Once your application has been approved, it does not directly imply you will receive the committed amount. Very often you must have (partially) executed the project, before you will receive the committed amounts on your bank account. Grants are public funding and the government wants to verify whether their funding has lead to the desired result. This means you will have to comply with often time consuming reporting duties. PNO can assist you in this part of the process, by means of offering you the required instruments, organising your administration or taking care of the necessary reporting.

Process management: insight in your grant portfolio
Our goal of the process management related services, is to make the results of the grant applications transparent. We want you to have up-to-date management information, the control of the process and the quality and the prediction of the cash flow.
