We are currently searching for candidates for the position:

Country Manager M/F

Initially your focus will be on familiarising yourself with the business, generating new business and realising sales targets. During this phase you will be supported and coached to grow into your pivotal role as a Country Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • to develop and implement a strategic plan for PNO Poland aligned with the Group Vision
  • to increase our leading market position in Poland

Job specific Competences:

Your Profile:

  • University degree (preferably in economics, marketing or management)
  • Strategic thinker, strong personality, determined, good business acumen Creates and develops strong  client relationships
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Experience in consultancy sector is absolute pre
  • Having experience in an international company provides added value

Consultant

Workplace in: Warszawa, Kraków, Rzeszów

As a consultant you will advise Clients on various public funding sources. You will prepare application documentation for funding and you will participate in creation, execution and settlement of projects co-financed from the EU.

Our expectations:

  • 1-2 years of experience in preparing applications for funding and execution of projects co-financed from the EU funds;
  • knowledge of the rules of public aid;
  • higher education;
  • competence in English;
  • team-work skills;
  • the following abilities: commitment, independence, time-management skills;
  • a goal-oriented approach.
