Belgian capital group operating in Poland, specializing in the production of metal components.

Project

The group has decided to expand its operation in Poland. Current production will be expanded by implementation of the purchased R&D works and by investing in fixed assets and intangibles. The process will result in diversification of production by offering products not yet available on the market but in demand by many companies.

Project’s value – PLN 52 million

EU funding – PLN 26 million (50%)

Our approach

To provide top quality services, PNO creates a team of international experts. Due to the project’s structure, the Belgian company is treated as a contact point. The Belgian company:

• contacts with Polish experts to identify the possible funding sources for the investment in Poland (result: an analysis of funding opportunities),
• is responsible for reporting to the mother company on the progress of the project, milestones and the possible obstacles.

The Polish PNO team of experts, having knowledge of the grant opportunities of the investment as presented in Poland:

• identifies the possible funding sources,
• conducts operational activities in cooperation with the Polish company – member of the group,
• reports on the progress of works to the Belgian PNO team.

Benefits

Thanks to the CBE service line, the Client cooperates with one specialized grant advisor. One PNO contact point coordinates advisory services in all countries, where the group conducts business activities.
