Project’s description

The group has decided to undertake investment in a Polish division. A project consisting of expanding a production facility and purchasing the necessary machines was implemented in order to increase competitiveness on the European market and production capacity of the company. As a result of the investment the company was able to manufacture products that were not offered on the market before.

Our approach

An international group of experts from Poland and the Netherlands was appointed to develop an individual strategy for using EU funding in accordance with the objectives set up in the investment project.

Dutch PNO team of experts:

• contacts with Polish experts to identify the possible funding sources for the investment in Poland (result: an analysis of funding opportunities),
• coordinates the process of preparing the application documentation.

Polish PNO team of experts:

• identifies funding sources,
• conducts operational activities in cooperation with the Polish division,
• reports on the progress of works to the Dutch PNO team.

Benefits

Due to its cooperation with PNO, the company increased its chances for obtaining grants, with a minimum of engagement and time saving. PNO experts working in two teams were in constant contact with the client – in the Netherlands as well as in Poland. The funding will enable the introduction to the market of a new innovative product and will increase the group’s competitive advantage.
