Lyndsey graduated in 2006 from the University of Manchester with a BSc (Hons, 2:1) in Biochemistry with Medical Biochemistry. Prior to joining the PNO Group in 2012, Lyndsey worked as a Technical Consultant within the analytical science industry, focusing specifically in the area of chromatography and separation sciences, supporting analytical method development and troubleshooting for a range of businesses including research organisations, academia and public sector bodies. As an Innovation Consultant, Lyndsey is currently involved with both UK national and European R&D funding schemes and delivers support across the entire grant process, from the initiation and development of projects, writing and submission of both single applicant and collaborative bids, as well as project compliance and management. She has worked across all principle industry sectors with a strong focus on demonstration and innovation support programmes for the healthcare, biotechnology and chemical industries, both at a national and European level. Lyndsey has experience across all UK national funding schemes including Innovate UK competitions across all sectors and collaborative R&D programmes including the Biomedical Catalyst, Agri-tech Catalyst and Energy Catalyst programmes. In the context of European funding, Lyndsey has experience across the Horizon 2020 framework programme (and previous 7th framework programme) including the BBI-JU, SPIRE, Water, Waste, NMBP, LCE, ICT, FCH, FTI and SME-Instrument calls. Lyndsey has also been involved in the delivery of European projects, where she has supported in the development of technology roadmap documents, grant mapping, stakeholder analysis, communication and dissemination activities.

Lyndsey has supported UK organisations across the entire New Product Development process to identify, apply and secure grant finance for their R&D projects and innovation activities, with a particular emphasis on projects within the Medical, Biotech and Chemical sectors. Through European projects where PNO have been a participating partner, Lyndsey also has experience of delivering project specific tasks including the development of project specific roadmaps, grant mapping, project management and dissemination activities.
