Register for the “Carbon capture – Innovative aspects of NanoMEMC2 ” workshop

Interested in carbon capture technologies and membrane research? Attend the “Carbon capture – Innovative aspects of NanoMEMC2 Project” workshop on the 20th of March 2018 at the University of Sheffield, UK. Any research organisation interested in these topics is welcome to attend this event for free and to bring a poster relating to the themes of ‘membrane research’ or ‘carbon capture’.

What is NANOMEMC2?

The NanoMaterials Enhanced Membranes for Carbon Capture (NanoMEMC2) project, funded by the EC through the EU’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation program (Grant 727734), aims to reduce the cost, energy and process limitations that make pre-/post-combustion carbon capture non-viable in many industrial applications at present. This focus on the development of innovative materials, membranes and membrane processes for carbon capture.

What can you expect from this event?

  • A half a day workshop dedicated to research organisations working on low-carbon technologies, specifically membrane-based separation processes
  • A technical panel to discuss with experts in this field and gather insights on carbon capture technologies and membrane research
  • A poster session where you will have the opportunity to interact with NANOMEMC2 partners and expand your scientific network.
