Eurostars

Eurostars is a popular European funding programme for high-tech SMEs working on cross-border R&D projects. It targets the development of new products and services, giving easier access to international markets, thanks to the transnational nature of each project consortium. PNO’s consultants are happy to help you find the right partners and write a promising project plan.

Objective

The Eurostars programme aims at supporting market-oriented research and development (R&D) with the active participation of R&D-performing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that wish to exploit the benefits of international collaboration.

Themes

Themes within the Eurostars programme are:

  • high-quality and technically innovative R&D
  • market orientation
  • international collaboration.

Details

  • Eurostars funding is intended for SMEs that cooperate with at least one other party from a Eurostars country. • The cooperation must consist of high-tech R&D work for an innovation project aimed at developing a new product (or process or service). There are no restrictive themes or mandatory technology fields, but the project must have a civilian purpose.
